Happy St. Patricks Day!
One major complaint I hear is that green smoothies or juices suck because they taste green. Well, this Lean & Green smoothie recipe will prove you wrong. It's nutrient dense with fruits, veggies & superfoods - Yes Please!
In celebration of St. Patricks Day - here is a healthy way to celebrate without getting pinched.
Ingredients:
- 1 Organic Kiwi
- 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Cauliflower (previously steamed)
- 1/4 cup Organic Pineapple
- 1/4 cup Organic Frozen Mango
- 1 cup Organic Spinach (packed)
- 1/2 fresh Organic Lime
- 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Organic Avocado
- 1 tsp Organic Aqua Greens (Spirulina & Chlorella)
- water until desired consistency
Place all ingredients into a blender & viola! & Enjoy!
